General information about the gallery
This is how you shop at gallerifusion.dk
To make a purchase on gallerifusion.dk, you must go through four steps:
- Find the product(s) you want and put them in the shopping basket, then go to the checkout page.
- Enter your personal information.
- Enter the delivery address and accept our terms and conditions.
- Then select the payment method and complete the payment. Galleri Fusion does not charge any payment fee, regardless of which payment card is used.
Shipping and delivery
At gallerifusion.dk, three different delivery times are used. For some goods, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will appear prior to the purchase of these goods. You will be informed of which type of delivery you are entitled to after receiving your order confirmation.

- Denmark delivery 3-5 days
- Europe delivery 1-2 weeks
- Outside Europe 2-3 weeks
We ship to all of Denmark and abroad. Shipping costs are included in the sales price, and therefore do not appear during payment or on the order confirmation. Large items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. Smaller items will be delivered to a nearby parcel shop. You will be informed of the type of delivery you are entitled to on your order confirmation.
Customers' goods are always sent insured, either with our own driver or PostNord Erhverv. International customers' goods are always sent insured with professional freight forwarders.
If no one is at home at the delivery address, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified about.
At gallerifusion.dk, you can pay with the following payment solutions:

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item has been dispatched. No larger amount can be deducted than what you have approved at the time of ordering.
Galleri Fusion reserves the right for written errors, price changes and sold out/discontinued items.
Amount reservations for purchases with payment cards and MobilePay
When you approve a purchase and use a payment card or MobilePay as a means of payment, we reserve the amount on your selected payment card. We only deduct the reserved amount when the package has been sent to the selected delivery address.
We make the booking to ensure that the card is not blocked and that there is sufficient coverage on the card. When the amount is deducted from the card, the reservation is canceled automatically.
The maximum duration of a reservation depends on the card type. You can get information about your card type from your card issuer.
Because a reservation has a maximum duration, the reservation may expire. If the item is not dispatched before the expiry of a reservation, we will make a new reservation and the original reservation will be canceled by your card issuer.
If you subsequently change your order, you will receive a new order number and a new amount will be reserved. If you find that a reservation has not been cancelled, please contact your card issuer, as only your card issuer can cancel the reservation.
Right of withdrawal
We always want to give our customers the best possible service. Therefore, you always have the right of exchange and cancellation for 14 days when you shop at gallerifusion.dk.
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have 14 days right of withdrawal after receiving the item. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your item, or got the last item in physical possession, if it concerns an order of several different items that were ordered in one order, but which are delivered individually.
You must give us clear notice within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your inquiry, you must inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return of goods purchased on gallerifusion.dk
In order to carry out a return under the right of withdrawal, right of complaint or exchange, the request must be approved in writing or by telephone by Galleri Fusion. When returning the item, it must always be in its original condition. You can advantageously reuse the same packaging if you wish to return your order. If the packaging has not been damaged when opened or during transport.
You are responsible for ensuring that the return order is properly packed. Therefore, always make sure to document the packaging by taking pictures of the package before handing in/picking up your return order.
You must save the receipt from handing in/picking up the package, it is your security. You bear the risk for the item from the time the package is handed in/picked up until we have received the package back.
Upon receipt, we will process your return order and the amount will be refunded to the same account that was used when the purchase was completed.
Freight costs associated with returns under the right of withdrawal, you must pay them yourself. Shipping costs are deducted from the amount paid, after which the remaining amount is refunded when the return has been processed. We inform you of the return costs prior to the return, and at the time of the refund
Shipping costs associated with the right of complaint or exchange are covered by Galleri Fusion. Freight costs associated with returns under the right of withdrawal, you must pay them yourself.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods which have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Digital products that have been put into use. By put into use it is meant that if the digital product has been downloaded then it has been put into use and cannot be undone.
Right of complaint
When you shop at Galleri Fusion, you have a 2-year right to complain. Goods purchased on gallerifusion.dk, the right of complaint applies from receipt of the goods.
The right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can, for example, get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
It is expected that you, as a customer, use the product as agreed on correct use and maintenance of the product. If a product is in breach of the agreement, it will be perceived as incorrect use, and therefore the product will not be covered by the right of complaint.

Damage during transport
When you receive your delivery, check it for any visible damage. If the item is damaged or has other visible signs of a defect, you must report this immediately. Transport damage must be reported within 2 working days.
