Mette Rishøj
Mette Rishøj was born in 1972 in Randers, Denmark. She explores the relationship between man and nature in the Anthropocene age. Paintings and ceramic sculptures deal with the duality of man's interaction with nature and inspire reflection on man's being in the world and the interconnectedness of everything.
Mette Rishøj has made several public decorations, had countless solo and museum exhibitions at home and abroad and is represented at Fanø Art Museum and various collections.
